I was liberally misquoted (frusrating) and iCrossing was referred to as a “search marketing agency” (not entirely correct) but all that aside, I was quoted in AdWeek today about Google VS Apple in mobile advertising. Feeling pretty happy about that.
What parent doesn’t feel like this sometimes? C’mon, be honest…
All I can say is – what the hell? Ok, Europeans have a different sense of humor but… Sigh, I can’t decide if this is genius or crazy. Watch fur yourself

Ok, I am one big cliche, but this makes me want to cry. If you haven’t seen this watch it now.
If only I had had this app when I was taking high school chemistry! $13.99 is pricey but the user experience is so sublime and the content so useful that I’m actually excited to fork it over. If this is exemplary of the user experience iPad apps are going to offer then these new higher prices will be justifiable.

Moconews just ran a a brief story about how most of the branded iPad apps are free but then Techcrunch posted simultaneously that 80% percent of iPad apps now available are paid (2523 apps total). I think that most brands are just waiting to see how this paid app thing works out for WSJ…
